West Coast Camp Registration Form

Deadline: All paperwork and registrations must be submitted by June 20, 2026, one week before the workshop starts.

Tuition & Fees

Fees include tuition, food, use of facility, all evening parties and special events. Rates are the same for both tenting and cabin use.

We offer a Subsidized rate for those with limited financial resources. If you are able to register at the Community Builder level, please consider doing so. Choose the payment level that works for you!

• Full — This level reflects all the costs of your stay at camp. By paying this tuition, you cover our operating costs.
• Community Builder — This level covers the cost of your stay and subsidizes one camper attending at the Subsidized rate. Thank you for spreading the kefi! You will receive a receipt for the tax-deductible donation portion of your payment.
• Subsidized — Discounted tuition (below actual cost of camp) for those with low income. The remaining costs of your stay at camp are covered by our “Community Builder” campers and fundraising efforts.

Event Pricing & Packages

• Full Time: 1 week: Saturday, June 27, 4 p.m. to Saturday, July 4, 10 a.m.
• Package A: 3 days: Saturday, June 27, 4 p.m. to Tuesday, June 30, 5 p.m.
• Package B: 4 days: Tuesday, June 30, 5 p.m. to Saturday, July 4, 10 a.m.

• Adult Community Builder price includes $350 charitable donation
• Package A Adult Community Builder price includes $125 charitable donation
• Package B Adult Community Builder price includes $200 charitable donation

• Dine & Dance, Bed & Breakfast: $150 per night (see B&B Option tab on the West Coast Camp page for more information).
• Evening Parties: $70 per night; $90 for the Friday-night lamb roast and party (see Evening Schedule tab on the West Coast Camp page for more information).
• “Non-standard” overnight stays covering any period not fitting into Full-time, Package A, Package B, or B&B must be approved by the EEFC Office before you register.

Registration & Policies

• Payments: A $250 nonrefundable deposit is due at registration. The remaining balance is due by May 27. Registrations made after May 27 must be paid in full. Any individual tuition amount under $250 requires full payment upon registering at any time.
• Cancelations: If you cancel or leave early, you can receive a pro-rated refund of the eligible portion of tuition or donate it to the EEFC.
• Waiting list: If camp is full, we will hold your spot in order of receipt. Deposits will only be processed if a space becomes available.
• Minors: A Parent/Guardian Agreement or Temporary Guardian Agreement Form is required for all campers under 18 (Step 4 below).
• Stay Informed: We use Mailchimp for essential “Camper Update” letters. Please ensure you are subscribed here to receive these updates. (Note that this is NOT the listserv interactive discussion group.)

How to Register

• Step 1: Fill out the main camp Registration Form for yourself and any additional family members.
• Step 2: Each adult camper age 18+ must read and sign the Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
• Step 3: Each adult camper age 18+ must read and sign the Policy on Harassment and Discrimination.
• Step 4: Guardians, submit necessary Guardian Forms for minors.
