IMPORTANT: No registrations will be accepted within a week of the start of the workshop on June 17, 2023. Please make sure to get all your “paperwork” in by June 11, 2023. THANK YOU!
Fees include tuition, food, use of facility, all evening parties and special events. The price is the same for those who choose to tent as it is for those who stay in a cabin.
We have recently introduced a sliding-scale tuition for adult campers:
Full Time: 1 week: Saturday, June 17, 4 p.m. to Saturday, June 24, 11 a.m.
Adult Subsidized: $950

Adult Pay-It-Forward: $1450 (price includes $250 charitable donation)
Child 7-17: $650
Child 4-6: $105

Package A: 3 days: Saturday, June 17, 4 p.m. to Tuesday, June 20, 5 p.m.
Adult Subsidized: $485
Adult Full: $610
Adult Pay-It-Forward: $740 (price includes $130 charitable donation)

Child 4-6: $65

Package B: 4 days: Tuesday, June 20, 5 p.m. to Saturday, June 24, 11 a.m.
Please note: if you’ve never been to one of our workshops, we recommend you start your camp stay at the beginning of the week, when we offer a student orientation and newcomer activities.

Dine & Dance, Bed & Breakfast: $135 per night (see B&B Option tab on the West Coast Camp page for more information).
Deposits: A nonrefundable $250 deposit per person is due upon registering. The balance is due by May 17. Any individual tuition amount under $250 requires full payment upon registering at any time.
After May 17: New registrations must be paid in full and unpaid balances are due.
Cancellations and refunds:
“Non-standard” tuitions covering any period not fitting into Full-time, Package A or Package B, must be approved by the EEFC Office before you register.
Waiting list
When the workshop is filled to capacity, registrations will be added to a waiting list in order of receipt (online or postmark). Deposit checks will not be cashed; any credit card charges will be refunded if you are not admitted. In the event of cancellations, registrants on the waiting list will be offered slots in order of receipt and appropriate housing availability.
