IFC-NY '18 Dance Camp with Sonia Dion, Cristian Florescu & Maurits van Geel

May 11, 2018 – May 13, 2018

Special Guest Teachers:
Sonia Dion & Cristian Florescu
Sonia & Cristian are well-loved for their enthusiasm, style, humor and high energy. Some of their most popular dances include Made In Romania, Dana, Opinca, Te Aven Baxtale, Incalcita, Chef and Ina Ina. They present their dances clearly and it's always fun to be with them.

Maurits van Geel
Maurits, from The Netherlands, teaches dances from the Balkans, Western Europe and the Caucasus. He travels extensively for dance research: India, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, France, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and most recently, Iran! His dances, such as Syrtòs Kitrinou, Nazeli Bar and Tou Paradeisou Lemonia (aka "Lemons in Paradise"), are very popular on both coasts.

And Moshe Eskayo!
