"June Camp" is an annual residential international folk dance weekend in the upper Midwest, which this year features Croatian dance with Željko Jergan, and will be held from Thursday evening, May 31, to Sunday noon, June 3, at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
In addition to Željko's dance workshops and singing sessions, there are nightly dance parties with live music by members of the Pinewoods Band - Tom Pixton and friends. Another tradition of June Camp is the "Dance Exchange," where attendees can request, when they register, reviews of older dances that may have been forgotten. Zeljko, as well as local teachers will fulfill these requests in special workshop sessions.
