Virtual Camp

While we regret the cancelation of both our Mendocino and Iroquois Springs workshops due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to have presented our first-ever, completely online Virtual Camps, each with three days of immersive classes, live-music performances, and community gatherings. Virtual Camp West Coast (July 17-19, 2020) was a great success, with 350 people registered. Our East Coast Virtual Camp (August 14-16) is now complete, with over 380 attendees!

Klezmer Workshops & Jams

March 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Klezmer Workshop & Jam, led by internationally renowned klezmer (and Bay Area resident) Joshua Horowitz.

* 60-minute workshop with teaching, including some by ear

* 45-minute playing through songs with sheet music, with coaching on klezmer style
* 45-minute traditional jam, without sheet music.

REGISTRATION
: $25 sliding scale, for participants. Refreshments included. Listeners welcome, too. Rsvp to jams[at]klezcalifornia.org or on site. Please specify date/location, your name, instrument, and any questions.
