Los Angeles, California

Folk Dance Party at Los Angeles Ballet, with Varimezov Family Band

January 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Seattle's Radost Folk Ensemble ends its 1-week residency at Los Angeles Ballet with a community Balkan Folk Dance party, featuring refreshments and live music by Bulgarian national treasures, Ivan and Tzvetanka Varimezov. Party begins with a short dance tutorial with Tom Deering at 7 pm. Join Radost Artistic Director Sidney Deering and the dancers of Los Angeles Ballet for an exuberant night of Balkan Folk Dance! $15 at the door.
